Problems Logging into FN?
We do understand that it can get frustrating at times when you are unable to login to FN. Please consider the following if you face problems logging in.
  1. Please use your email address and password to login. Do not use your username even if you registered with FN using a username.

  2. After you register with FN, you will get an activation link on email. Only after you click this link that your account is validated. Please check if you have clicked on the link. Please check any Junk mail or Spam folders in your email program for messages from Because the email we sent you containing the link is generated automatically, it may have been classified as junk mail by your email program. In case you have lost the email, please contact

  3. In case you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking here. Please note that for security reasons, passwords are stored encrypted. So we will not be able to help you retrieve your old password
If you have entered your email address and password but are still unable to log in you may wish to try the following:
  1. Check that you have entered your email address and password correctly
    Passwords are case sensitive. Check if your caps lock is on.

  2. Ensure you are using the most recent password
    If you have reset your password recently then the old password will no longer work, please ensure you are referring to the most recent password reset email. Remember to check your Junk mail or Spam mail folders in case the password email has been classified incorrectly.

  3. Check that your web browser is not displaying a cached copy of the web page
    Web browsers store temporary copies of web pages on your hard disk. If you return to a page you have previously visited, this temporary (cached) copy is read rather than requesting a new copy across the internet to speed up your web browsing.
