Fashion Networks has been designed to meet the specific needs of the people from the Fashion Value Chain. It is possible therefore, that someone outside of this industry would not really find it as useful. However, if you happen to work with the Fashion Industry in a significant manner, or just have a very keen interest in it, well, there is no bar from joining! Make sure you contribute to the discussion though.

Right now there is no provision to merge two accounts. You would have to delete one of the existing accounts in order to avoid confusion and duplication.

You can close your account by sending a request mail to Fashion Networks through ‘Contact Us’. You would receive a confirmation mail at your e-mail account. Once confirmed your Fashion Networks account would be closed.

Fashion Networks is a user generated website. Users can report abuse about a user for putting up fake postings. Once we have a sizable number of abuse reports, we could delete the fake posting and the fake account. However, the required number of abuse reports is not fixed. It would be a weighted average of abuse reports and the preference of the Fashion Networks Administrator. The Administrator, through his time to time intervention, would take utmost care that fake, vulgar and incomplete posting are removed from the database.
